bn999 Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Your Play

• Each person may register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it regularly.

The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

• Deposits are credited to your bn999 balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where applicable, conversion rates applied by your payment provider are their responsibility, not bn999's.

bn999 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful means. Any such deposit, upon detection, will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal of funds from your bn999 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bn999 may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Documents requested may include a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bn999 will not reverse, void, or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where (a) the bet was placed on an event or game that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) a clear and manifest pricing error is identified; or (c) the bet was placed using exploited system errors or vulnerabilities.
• bn999 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits per game, per session, or per player, and to modify these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a live game session, bets already confirmed and placed prior to the failure will stand in accordance with the game provider's rules. Unconfirmed bets at the time of failure will be voided and stakes returned.

• Live betting markets (in-play) close automatically at the point of suspension defined for each market. Bets placed after a suspending event has occurred but before the market updates may be voided at bn999's discretion.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on any platform content.

Any use of bn999 intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence described above requires prior written consent from bn999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn999 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bn999 platform, including gambling losses incurred during normal play.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in the platform's availability caused by circumstances beyond bn999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, ISP outages, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Where bn999 is found liable for any direct damages in connection with your use of the platform, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total real money deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All players are encouraged to use the platform for entertainment purposes only, with a pre-determined budget and session time limit established before each gaming session.

• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.

• Inactivity: accounts with no real money activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. bn999 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before any maintenance fee is applied.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting bn999 support. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable verification and review process. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

bn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising between you and bn999 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Clause 17 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Players accessing the bn999 platform from Pakistan do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. bn999 makes no representation that use of its services is lawful in every jurisdiction from which it may be accessed.

If you have any complaint, concern, or dispute in relation to your bn999 account, a game result, a payment, a bonus outcome, or any other aspect of your experience on the platform, please follow this process:
